This is the Mystery Box.
There will be balls of different colours.
We have to put our hand in it and take out a ball. Then you have to speak about something depending on the colour of the ball you take out.
RED: Something about today.
YELLOW: Something about yesterday.
GREEN: Something you do well.
VIOLET: Something you learned last week.
VIOLET: Something you learned last week.

Hello Jesús:
ReplyDeleteI found this activity really interesting to put in practice in a classroom. From my point of view you can use this activity at the begining of a class as a warm up in order to introduce the students in the lessons. Students can feel relax and with confidence to answer the questions because there is no incorrect solution.
Kind regards, Alejandro.
Hello Jesús:
ReplyDeleteFirst I would like to congratulate you, because you have done a very interesting activity. Nowadays, students are very curious and mysterious, so this activity, I think you will love it, at the same time they will work the different verb tenses, in the case of your proposal.
In addition, this activity can be adapted to the different educational levels, as well as to the different topics that you have to deal with during the school year.
Congratulations for your proposal! I'm going to put it into practice as soon as I can.
Marina.
Hi Jesús!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations for your activity! I believe that it is very interesting in order to introduce pupils into the lesson. At the same time, it is a good way for them to express their feelings. There are shy students with problems to speak with their mates or to speak about their personal things and this activity help them to do that and they can know better between them and about their hobbies at the same time they learn about grammar using different tenses.
Hello Jesús,
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, congratulations for the blog. It seems to be really useful, and so "colourfull", but not beeing so much to be annoying.
About the activity, " A Mistery Box", is such a great idea that, in my opinion, children are going to love it and they are going want to bring every week something new to put it inside. That is going to make that activity even more interactive and personal. In that way, they can speak about something related to the object they have taken out from the box. Try it!
Best,
Diego
